We are starting a complete new interior design project.
A magnificent modern villa of 250 m2 is being built on a plot of 1100 m2.
The construction is made of wood and is therefore an ECO HOUSE with an internal heat pump system to keep an ideal temperature in summer and winter. Solar panels will be used to heat the pool.
Therefore, all the interior design has to be done like the choice of materials for each room from floor to ceiling, lighting, bathrooms, kitchen…
It consists of:
Ground floor: a large living room, American kitchen, a home cinema room, office.
First floor: 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a large dressing room overlooking the pool and the garden.
The 15 x 5 metre swimming pool will allow the occupants to practice swimming at their ease and relaxation will be possible in the square fitted with submerged benches.
In the coming months, we will reveal step by step all the stages of construction and design development.
Several trips to Mallorca are planned and we will be sure to add to the story of this new adventure!
