The heroes of the Enchanted River wallpaper are stylised herons, which evolve in a pond whose undulations are symbolised by curves in Japanese style.
These majestic white birds are surrounded by frogs, fish that they are trying to catch and delicate blue and green water lilies that almost fluoresce.
These water lilies are inspired by fairy tales, another recurring source of inspiration for Shauna Dennison, a great admirer of illustrator Richard Doyle.
