A project, a modern villa on an island, Majorca.
This is a new complete interior design project that we have taken on,
a wonderful project on the beautiful island of Majorca.
A magnificent modern villa measuring 250 m² has been built on a plot of 1,100 m². The construction is made of wood, making it an ECO HOUSE with an internal heat pump system that maintains an ideal temperature in both summer and winter. Solar panels will be used to heat the swimming pool. Consequently, the entire interior design had to be carried out, including the choice of materials for each room from floor to ceiling, the lighting, the bathrooms, the kitchen... It was a complete interior design project, a real challenge that we successfully completed in just a few months.
Ground floor: a large living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom. First floor: a home cinema room, study, 3 double bedrooms with bathrooms, including a master bedroom with a large dressing room and a view overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The 15x5 metre swimming pool will allow occupants to swim at their leisure and relax in the area furnished with submerged benches. The garden: We also designed the garden, which will be landscaped with a Mediterranean section and a tropical section in front of the swimming pool.
